Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death in modern times, affecting people as young as twenty-five. Yoga for a Healthy Heart provides the causes of this disease, as well as preventive measures. It lists risk factors that contribute to heart problems and the effects of drugs on the human body, and describes asanas that help make the heart stronger, in a step-by-step, user-friendly format. It also provides meditation and yoga nidra techniques, dietary suggestions and recipes that make the body stronger and healthier.

Yoga for a Healthy Heart demonstrates how this ancient Indian technique has yet again proved to be a force in matters of health and harmony.
