Today, agricultural education offers many job opportunities for students to plan and choose their career. As these students have different socio-economic, psychological and cultural backgrounds, one cannot expect all the students to have similar aspirations. It is essential to understand the various aspirations and variations in aspirations existing among the students of agricultural colleges because it decides their future career. Hence a study was conducted with the prime objective to find out the aspirational differences existing among the undergraduate students of different campuses of University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore. The findings of the study and relevant implications drawn based on the findings are presented in this publication. It is hoped that the policy makers, teachers, educationists and others concerned with agricultural education will find this book a much needed resource guide.

Author Bio: M.S. Nataraju, is Professor (Agri. Extension) and Head, Communication Centre, University of Agricultural Sciences, GKVK, Bangalore, India. He is the recipient of ICAR Senior Research Fellowship and Gold Medal for Best Research work. He had the unique opportunity of serving in Research, Extension and Teaching wings of the University for the past 28 years.
Mohammad Rahim Rahimi, is Assistant Professor of Agricultural Extension, Agricultural Faculty, Nangarhar University, Afghanistan. He had the unique opportunity of serving research, extension and teaching wings of the university for the last ten years.
